Organic linden tree from Roussillon


Soft wood from the heart of the tree and the bark, sapwood is mainly used as a draining decoction. The sapwood of lime is a detox ally which it is recommended to make cures 2 or 3 times a year.

Indication

Be-Life commitments for the Aromaflor range : "Our organic plants are carefully selected and meet strict quality criteria for their harvest and drying. This gives them an unparalleled aroma and optimal activity."

Use

  • Infusion : infuse 3 to 5 g of lime sapwood in 1/2 liter of water for about 10 minutes.
  • Decoction : 5 to 8 g of lime sapwood per 1/2 liter of water, to be kept at the boil for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Maceration (external use): put 5 to 8 g of plants in 1/2 liter of water and keep at the boil for 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 4 to 5 hours in the same water then filter.

Composition

100% organic linden tree sapwood (Tillia cordata).
Neither gassed, irradiated, nor refrigerated.
Origin: France.

je n'avais pas fait la relation mais je n'ai pas eu de migraine aujourd'hui alors que je suis en crise depuis un moment.. J'en ai pris hier et aujourd'hui. À vérifier...et a essayera la prochaine...sinon le goût est particulier mais j'aime bien...
